Peanut is a one-year-old male cat with a heart as tender as his name. Once a street cat living just outside our café, Peanut was a familiar little face, showing up daily with a soft meow and a pair of gentle, charming eyes that quietly asked for food... and maybe a little love.

For a while, Peanut lived on the edges, not quite ours, not quite someone else's. But one day, when a kind customer offered to feed the stray cats outside, we took it as the perfect moment to finally help Peanut in the way he truly deserved. We brought him in for a full health check, vaccinations, and neutering. In February, Peanut officially joined our café’s adoption program, and it didn’t take long for his affectionate, people-loving nature to shine through.

Peanut quickly captured a heart and found what we hoped would be his forever home. But sadly, in early June, he was returned. Despite his sweetness, Peanut didn’t get along with the resident cat in his new home and so, with a heavy heart, he came back to us.

But Peanut hasn't let heartbreak change him. He’s still the same warm, loving boy who lights up whenever someone walks by, eager for attention, never shy to offer a head bump or a soft purr in return. He loves humans deeply and craves companionship whether that’s cuddling close or simply sitting nearby, soaking in your presence.

Now, Peanut is waiting for his second chance, a home where he can be the center of someone’s world, or perhaps join another feline friend who truly matches his gentle spirit. He’s not just looking for a place to stay; he’s looking for someone to love, and someone to love him back fully, patiently, and forever.
