At a quiet temple tucked away in the city, three tiny kittens were born into a world they would never see. Wink, Blink, and Nod came into life completely blind, no light, no shadows, no familiar shapes. And on the streets, that would’ve meant no chance at all.

But then, PAWS stepped in, not just to rescue them, but to believe in their future.

Their names were lovingly inspired by the classic lullaby poem “Wynken, Blynken, and Nod”, a dreamy tale of three children who sail across a sea of stars in a wooden shoe. Just like in the poem, we imagine these kittens though they cannot see the world, setting sail into their own ocean of warmth, love, and safety.

Though Wink, Blink, and Nod were born with a limitation, they do not live as though something is missing. Their days are filled with soft purrs, playful curiosity, gentle headbutts, and tiny steps forward guided by trust rather than sight.

They live by listening. By feeling. By loving.

And their hearts, oh! their hearts are whole. Overflowing with life, full of hope, and quietly reminding us that vision isn’t only through the eyes… sometimes, it’s through the soul.

These three little dreamers are on a journey not across the stars, but toward the hearts that will love them completely. And when they find that forever home, they won’t need to see it.

They’ll just know.
